Natural Disasters Claims

To date, 20,000 claims have been processed. These involve verifying the eligibility of each claim in accordance with the specific policy terms and any additional riders.

Medical Insurance Claims

A total of 50,000 claims have been processed. The procedure includes checking the eligibility of each claim based on the policy and riders, as well as analyzing the medical bills and the patient’s past medical history.

Automobile Insurance Claims

So far, 25,000 claims have been processed. This process entails analyzing the policy report, witness statements, photographs, vehicle registration certificate, and license, and then determining liability.

Up to this point, 30,000 claims have been processed. This involves a thorough analysis of the claim form, the deceased’s death certificate, policy documents, and identification proof of the next of kin or beneficiary.

Invoice Processing

We have raised 50 million invoices for both public and private sectors and counting. This process involves uploading bills into an accounts payable system, ensuring accuracy, approving invoices, and then forwarding them to the finance teams of respective departments for further processing.

So far, we have successfully extracted, cleaned, and migrated data from 8 billion documents and the number grows every day. Our process includes SQL-based data extraction, removal of irrelevant data, deduplication, correction of structured errors, addressing missing data, filtering out data outliers, validating data, and undertaking various forms of data migration such as storage, database, application, cloud, and data center migrations.

Our role includes scanning and indexing medical documents for digital access by doctors. Additionally, we have established a Medical Record Center (MRC), which allows doctors and scientists to access patients’ historical medical records.
