– DSAR downloaded by CBSL and OCR is done.
– Agent Analyzed the DSAR on the Software specially customized using AI and MI.
– Agent capture- Transactions, Start Date , End Date of Loan.
– Agent study Ombudsman Letter.
– Agent provides answer on Claim Eligibility.
– QC Check by Quality Team.
– Final Report shared to client via AWS in JSon format.
